Hazardous-materials incidents and their management require basic knowledge on the part of first responders and more advanced knowledge on the part of leaders. In more complex situations, specialized knowledge, expert advice, or assistance from specialized units is needed. The presentations will feature examples ranging from day-to-day operations to expert consultation and special situations.
