At the FLORIAN trade show, emergency response practices and traffic law come together:

Dr. Michael Bürger, a specialist attorney in traffic and criminal law and known to many as the “Speed Lawyer,” will join Niklas on Fire and Feja to discuss the safe operation of emergency vehicles and the legal aspects of emergency responses.

What am I really allowed to do with special rights and the right of way?
Where are the limits?
Who is liable if something happens?
And which so-called “rules” persist, even though they’re completely wrong?

The event is deliberately designed not to be a dry, lecture-style presentation, but rather an open and practical discussion. Questions from the audience are expressly encouraged.

Together, we want to examine typical situations from everyday emergency operations, clear up misconceptions, and show how safe driving, operational practice, and applicable law can be combined.

Because in the end, one thing matters above all else: arriving safely instead of perishing.
