New: Fire & Rescue Games

Kick-off event for the first Fire & Rescue Games, presented by the Working Group of Fire Departments in the Rescue Service (AG FReDi). The new comparative competition between junior members of the professional fire departments will be launched as part of FLORIAN 2024.

On all three days, trainee firefighters and emergency paramedics will demonstrate their skills in activities from the daily range of tasks. Be there when the participants compete against each other in various disciplines such as door opening, technical assistance and patient care! Teamwork and speed are required to achieve victory.

The aim of the Fire & Rescue Games is to inspire even more motivated young people to join the professional fire departments by making the competition more attractive.

The course of the Fire & Rescue Games consists of two parallel tracks with various stations such as a door opening simulator, staging area, crawling route, scaffolding for laddering and a platform for patient care.

The competitions take place daily in the afternoon, while the mornings are reserved for free training.
