What payment methods are available when purchasing tickets?
The following payment methods/service providers are available for ticket purchases: Paypal, Sofortüberweisung, credit card (VISA and MasterCard), paydirekt/giropay.
After selecting your desired items and choosing the payment method, you will be forwarded directly.
Do I have to print my ticket? What do I have to consider when printing my ticket?
You can conveniently show your ticket on a smartphone or tablet at the entrance - a printout is not necessary.
If you would like to print out the tickets, a normal black and white print is sufficient.
Make sure that the barcodes on the right-hand side are printed in full and that the ticket is not folded over the barcodes.
How does admission work and what do I need to bear in mind?
You can go straight to the entrance with your ticket and do not have to go to the ticket office. Your ticket will be scanned at the entrance.
To speed up admission, please have your ticket ready in printed or digital form (PDF format on the screen of your cell phone, for example).
Can I cancel or exchange my tickets?
The tickets are valid for single admission on one of the event days. They are not personalized and may be passed on to third parties.
Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged for payment.
How do I get my tickets?
After payment has been processed, the tickets will be displayed - you can also save them directly as a PDF. Your order will also be sent in PDF format to the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase.
I can no longer find the e-mail with my tickets. What should I do?
You can have your tickets resent to ###LOSTANDFOUND###.
I have not received any tickets despite entering my e-mail address correctly. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first to see if the ticket email is there.
If this is not the case, please check whether the payment has been processed correctly.
If you cannot find the order and have a receipt from the payment service provider (PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, credit card), you can have it resent to you in the ticket store under ###LOSTANDFOUNDA###.
If you wish to use an e-mail address that differs from the one used for the order, please have the following information from your proof of purchase to hand: Order date, order number, payment amount, payment method.
Why do I not receive an invoice with my order?
Up to €150 (small value invoices), tickets submitted as receipts are recognized by the tax office. All tickets show the necessary information such as date and tax rate.
Will my payment service provider's bank details be stored?
The data you enter for your online banking PIN will not be transmitted to us.
Why should my payment go to MAE Systems GmbH?
MAE Systems GmbH is the service provider for all websites of the ORTEC Messe und Kongress GmbH trade fair events - including the ticket store.
What does "store in wallet" mean?
Wallets are apps for online payments.
They can be used to store digital versions of credit cards, bonus cards, car keys, boarding passes and tickets, for example.
The "Wallet" app is pre-installed on Apple devices. For Android devices, a wallet app must be installed from the Play Store.
