FAQ - Häufige Fragen zum Ticketkauf

What payment methods are available when purchasing tickets?

We generally accept the following payment methods and service providers for ticket purchases:

  • PayPal
  • Credit card (VISA and MasterCard).
  • Invoice

Please note: The payment methods actually available may vary depending on the time of your order or the project settings. The options available for your purchase will be displayed directly.

How do I use coupon codes correctly?

If you have a coupon code, enter it in the "Do you have a coupon code?" field and then click the "Redeem" button.

The ticket corresponding to the voucher will appear and can be purchased.

How do I use discount codes correctly?

A discount code reduces the price of your current order. Enter it in the "Have a discount code?" field and then click the "Redeem" button.

Do I need to print my ticket? What should I keep in mind when printing my ticket?

You can easily show your ticket on your smartphone or tablet at the entrance—no printed copy is required.

If you prefer to print your tickets, a standard black-and-white printout is sufficient.

Make sure the barcodes are fully visible and that the ticket is not folded over the barcode.

How does admission work, and what do I need to keep in mind?

You can go directly to the entrance with your ticket and do not need to stop at the ticket office first. Your ticket will be scanned there.

To speed up entry for everyone, please have your ticket ready in either printed or digital form (e.g., as a PDF on your smartphone).

Can I cancel or exchange my tickets?

Generally, tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or sold for cash. However, different rules apply to the use and transfer of tickets depending on the type of ticket:

  • Single-day tickets grant one-time admission on any event day. Unless they are personalized, they can be easily transferred to third parties.
  • Season tickets grant multiple entries on all event days.
  • Personalized tickets are tied to a specific name. Transfer to third parties is not permitted.
How do I get my tickets?

Once payment has been processed via online instant payment, the tickets will be displayed—you can also save them directly as a PDF. In addition, your ticket order will be sent in PDF format to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

If you pay by invoice, you will first receive an email with payment details. Once payment is received on time, your tickets will also be sent to you via email.

I can no longer find the e-mail with my tickets. What should I do?

You can have your tickets resent to hier.

I didn't receive my tickets even though I entered my email address correctly. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder first to see if the ticket email is there.

If that is not the case, please verify that the payment was processed correctly.

If you cannot find the order and have a receipt from the payment provider (PayPal, credit card), you can have it resent to you in the ticket shop under „Tickets verloren?“.

If you wish to use an email address different from the one used for the order, please have the following information from your purchase receipt ready: order date, order number, payment amount, payment method.

Why haven't I received an invoice for my order paid via PayPal or credit card?

The tax office accepts receipts submitted as proof of purchase for amounts up to €250 (small-amount invoices). All receipts include the necessary information, such as the date and tax rate.

What should you keep in mind when purchasing on account?

Please be sure to transfer the invoice amount within the specified time frame and include the correct payment reference.

Late transfers or payments with an incorrect payment reference cannot be processed by the system. These amounts will be automatically refunded.

Will my payment service provider's bank details be stored?

The data you enter for your online banking PIN will not be transmitted to us.

What does "save to wallet" mean?

This feature lets you save your trade show ticket directly to your smartphone. The advantage is that you’ll have the ticket ready to show at the entrance—even without an active internet connection or having to search through your email inbox.

  • For Apple (iOS): Use the pre-installed “Apple Wallet” app.
  • For Android: You can use the “Google Wallet” app or another wallet app from the Google Play Store.

After purchasing your ticket, click the corresponding button in your confirmation email to add the ticket to your wallet. At the entrance, simply open the app and hold your smartphone up to the scanner.
